Touch The Moment 2

Learn how to Touch The Moment.

Your moment is where everything is currently happening, but it’s still easy to get lost from it

Before trying to express any philosophy, or integrate with the world, I need to touch base with the time and space that I’m existing in right now.

Without touching the moment, your life will be more of an internal regurgitation than an actual reaction to what’s happening.

By keeping a constant contact with the moment, our reactions are more focused and relevant to both inner concept and external immediacy.

Your body provides the perfect anchor for wandering thoughts.

You won’t become someone you no longer are, and you won’t be reacting to things that aren’t currently happening.

You’ll always start from the Now concept and then move outwards.

Rather than starting from a scattered mental reality, and then trying to apply that to a more sturdy moment.

Keep one foot in physical reality, so you don’t float away on your of theories.

Forgetting the person you started from in the first place.

Our power to touch the moment keeps our insides connected to our outsides.

If you’re not connected you can’t become momentous.

Engendering the ability to focus your powers through the lens of your now.

Targeting your thoughts to an immediate relevance, rather than spraying life with your generic brain hose.

It’s amazing how not Now we often are, without even knowing.

Be Now better, and you’ll aim yourself in the right directions.
