“Do I Exist”
is a difficult question for a person to ask, because nobody else can answer it for you.
Despite being multi dimensional, at times it’s easy to feel Non-Existent.
The fear that everything you Are is merely a reflection of something else.
The fear of being a ghost in a three dimensional universe.
That you don’t exist.
If you were raised in an socially interactive environment, the question might not arise as much.
If you were raised by emotional avoidance, then you can more easily feel like an uncertain human Value.
Without knowing how to resolve the question, it can get stuck in your brain and reduce the perceived worth of any action.
The latent doubt of possessing an Identity can keep you from physically connecting with your visible desires.
Often we want a three dimensional event to Prove that we exist, acting as the genesis of our self belief. Proof of Life’s permission.
But this removes our Choice, and strengthens a perceived external evolutionary dependance.
It’s fruitless to live life from the outside in, rather than living from the inside out.
We need to develop a process of conscious, internal Self Perception generation.
The Answer is the Question.
The question “Do I Exist?” could be rephrased into “What creates my self Perception?”
How much am I merely a refection of my environment, rather than an active source of human projection?
Since we were magically brought into Being though acts of others, every human develops a sliding scale of how much Control they have over their Life.
Of taking what was once Made by your makers and making it your own.
Wresting away external control of your personal Rebirthing processes.
Some actively understand their power early, while others wait forever for authorization to exist.
For a long time, I was waiting for existential proof that I was allowed to start living.
Staring longingly outside of myself for answers to arrive in the mail.
Yearning for visible Acceptance from my own life.
Waiting to be gently dimensionally Activated.
If your Existence is only a reflection of other people’s actions, then – No –
you do Not “really Exist”.
The stronger you can externally project visions of a positive internal perception, the more you Exist.
If you’re looking for proof of being perceivable, other people are always willing to perceive people who visibly believe in their self perception.
Thinking too much about not Existing could be the source of your Disbelief.
Non-existence is the unconsciously active process of not Perceiving yourself.
Invisibly perpetuating silent habits that highlight your non-Being.
Asking the question itself is a sign of your perceptional dilemma.
Instead of looking for an answer, use the question’s appearance as a divining rod for accidentally faulty processes.
As a beginning point to stop the practice of believing in Disbelief.
Questioning your Existence is the best time to let go of Theory – and experience the Proof.
In other words – Do Something.
Not spending a disproportionate amount of time absorbed in the question of yourself as a Theory, but experiencing Life as a dimensional Being.
Depression often happens when you can’t bridge the gap between doubt and action.
Don’t spend more time trying to mentally disprove your lack of Existing.
Theoretical Disbeliefs grow so large in front of us, that it feels pointless to try and scale them.
Imaginary structures can seem to Exist more than our own solidity.
The best way to get beyond them is to not build them.
Get out of your head.
You can use bouts of Doubting as a trigger to get out of your head and do something.
It almost doesn’t matter how ‘unimportant’ the action is, as long as it’s Three Dimensional.
Cleaning, stretching, smiling, interpretive dancing… anything to practice externally reactive behaviour.
Imprinting your internal choice upon a visible plane.
Cleaning is great, because it visibly reduces the age of your surrounding universe, giving you an endless opportunity to make everything feel fresher and brighter.
Make it easy.
Depression is a difficult state to be creative in.
Make a list of positive Dimensional Actions you can do when feeling not Real.
Physical behaviour can truly disprove the concept that you are ‘Not’.
Doubting will always be easier than proving your existence, but each dimensionally positive action is worth at least ten theoretical Disbeliefs.
Action is a potent medicine to cure unconscious feelings of Non-Existence.
You only need a little bit of living performed regularly, but if you’re willing to do it,
your Existence will be less in question.
