Knock on the sky and listen to the sound – Zen Saying –
We all have an outer edge to the limits of our capacity to perceive.
It’s hard to see the limits of our perception, because it’s disguised by our expectations.
We get used to our limitations and stop looking at them.
This becomes the entire breadth of our reality.
Because the outer walls of our perception are invisible, we have to find ways to test their substance.
By mentally reaching to the limits of our sky and then knocking on it, we can tell if it’s real or if it’s a facade made of wood and plaster.
We can find the walls to the small room we live in.
With the knowledge of their construct, we can deconstruct the walls of our self imposed limitations.
It’s weird, and it takes a lot of work, but it’s worth it!
